Part-time, Full-time Job Summary:
Autism Complete, LLC, a leading therapy clinic in Fairburn, GA, specializing in children with autism, is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored therapy solutions to children with autism, focusing on speech and language development. Your work will contribute to enhancing the quality of life for children with special needs and supporting their families through personalized care.Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address speech and language challenges.
- Provide therapy sessions to improve communication skills, articulation, fluency, and voice quality.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and caregivers to ensure holistic care for patients.
- Maintain detailed records of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest research and techniques in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Georgia.
- ASHA certification is preferred.
- Experience working with pediatric patients in a clinic or school setting.
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to speech and language.
- Familiarity with Individualized Education Plans (IEP) for students with special needs.
- Strong patient care skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in acute care or hospital settings is a plus.
Work Schedule:
Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM
