NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. This role is critical to our success and exemplifies the wonderful mission driven work we do every day. Review medical records, and assess speech and language skills, development, articulation ability and voice and fluency disorders of students served in a private special education environment. Identify and develop intervention strategies. Direct and administer speech therapy using techniques that assist in the skill build of students in collaboration with their IEP goals and benchmarks. Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaboration to ensure functional therapeutic intervention and progress is occurring.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Speech Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology One year experience as a Speech Therapist, preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CF) welcome Current state licensure/certification as a Speech Therapist Valid driver's license in good standing Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance Successful clearance of local and DCFS background checks Effective communication skills to manage relationships A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach A commitment to quality in everything you do Why Join Us?
