Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding career supporting students across K-12 in a vibrant educational setting near Fremont, IN. This full-time contract opportunity is tailored for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists eager to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and adolescents.
Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, CFY candidates welcome Previous experience working with school-aged children in a K-12 setting Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with educators, families, and support staff Comprehensive understanding of IEPs and the special education process
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to determine students' speech and language needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a diverse caseload (K-12) Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student progress across academic and social domains Provide direct therapy individually and in group settings Document progress in accordance with school and federal guidelines Attend IEP meetings and provide expert input on student communication goals This contract position offers the chance to work within a supportive academic environment, engage with a dynamic team, and positively impact students' educational journeys.
