Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity where your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist makes a daily difference for students. Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Valid and current state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology Prior experience in school-based settings preferred Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Adaptable and proactive approach in dynamic school environments
Primary Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions, both individual and group, tailored to diverse student needs Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, including IEP development and progress reviews Maintain thorough records and progress notes in accordance with district and legal standards Educate and consult with staff, families, and caregivers to support carry-over strategies and student success Stay current with professional best practices, continuing education, and district policies This contract role offers an excellent chance to grow as a clinician, impact student lives, and collaborate within a dedicated educational community.
