Job Description
Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding role supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) working in a dynamic school-based setting. Utilize your expertise as an SLP-CCC within schools to provide comprehensive assessment, intervention, and consultation services for students with a variety of speech and language needs. Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) Prior experience working in a school environment preferred Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals Comfortable collaborating with interdisciplinary teamsPrimary Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for students Deliver evidence-based therapy for a diverse caseload across varying grade levels Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with state and district regulations Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise in student support planning Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student progress Provide consultation and resources to educational staff and families Make a difference this school year while advancing your professional skills in a supportive contract role.
