Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Active state licensure or ability to obtain FL licensure before assignment start Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to fostering an inclusive and encouraging learning environment
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and interpret data to develop targeted treatment plans Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency needs Write and maintain documentation, including progress notes and IEP reports Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in IEP meetings and contribute recommendations to support student goals Offer consultation and training to staff and families as needed Picture yourself making a difference while enjoying weekends in the tropical beauty of the Keys!
