Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) , specifically a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate, to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing comprehensive speech therapy services to pediatric populations within educational and clinical settings. The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing communication skills, supporting early intervention initiatives, and delivering patient-centered care. This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to develop their clinical expertise while making a meaningful difference in children's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs Implement evidence-based speech therapy techniques across diverse pediatric populations Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to support patient progress Monitor and document patient progress regularly, adjusting therapy strategies as needed Educate families and caregivers on home exercises and communication strategies Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with healthcare regulations Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development Support early intervention programs aimed at promoting developmental milestones Uphold patient care standards by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and respect Experience Candidates should possess or be working towards certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist with eligibility for CFY supervision. Prior experience in pediatric speech therapy or school settings is highly desirable.
The following qualifications are preferred:
Demonstrated experience working with children in educational or clinical environments Knowledge of pediatric physiology and anatomy relevant to speech and language development Familiarity with medical terminology related to communication disorders Experience conducting patient assessments and developing targeted intervention strategies Understanding of early intervention principles and practices Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams Ability to apply evidence-based practices within diverse cultural contexts This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to launch their career in speech-language pathology within a supportive environment that values professional growth.
