Location:
30 Wilson Road, Williamsville, NY 14221 / A-16
Clinic Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm or Part Time consisting of three days from 7:30am-4:00pm (no nights, weekends or holidays!)
Pay Rate:
$30.65 - $38.84 per hour (based on experience) + $3,000 retention bonus
Department:
Clinical Services The Arc Erie County NY is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality speech therapy services that support communication, feeding, and overall quality of life for the people we serve. This role focuses on person-centered planning, clinical assessment, treatment, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration to help individuals achieve their meaningful goals!
What You'll Do:
Conduct screenings, evaluations, and clinical assessments, related to communication, feeding/swallowing, oral-motor skills. Develop person-centered, functional goals for IEPs/ITPs and provide direct treatment or supervised therapy activities. Complete required documentation including evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and letters of medical necessity. Train staff and caregivers in communication programs, adaptive equipment use and feeding protocols. What We're Looking For Completion of a Speech-Language Pathology program recognized by the Council on Academic Accreditation Current NYS licensure (or eligibility/limited permit for CFY candidates) ASHA certification preferred Strong communication, documentation, and clinical assessment skills Ability to work collaboratively, professionally, and in alignment with person-centered values.
