Our team works collaboratively to help patients restore function, improve mobility, and enhance overall quality of life. Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a PRN capacity. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care and committed to helping patients improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function through individualized speech therapy services. Pay starts at $55/hr and increases based on experience level. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide speech-language therapy services to address communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and communication strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Ensure a safe and clean therapy environment Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient outcomes Qualifications Master's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program Current Florida SLP license (or eligibility) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or outpatient settings preferred
