Coxsackie, NY Job Description We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a per diem/part-time rehabilitation assignment within a correctional healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have experience evaluating and treating patients with communication and speech-related disorders while working collaboratively within rehabilitative care programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop and implement individualized rehabilitative treatment plans Participate in interdisciplinary rehabilitation programs and patient care planning Recommend and coordinate additional support services as needed Conduct special education assessments and present findings when required Recommend and train patients on alternative communication systems Participate in speech and language research initiatives as applicable

Requirements:
