Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Required Experience & Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current SLP-CCC credentials Valid New York SLP license (required for onsite practice) Previous experience providing speech therapy in a school setting is a plus Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with educators, families, and students across all grades K-12 Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students in a K-12 setting Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and student progress Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings, IEP conferences, and in-service training as needed Deliver both individual and small group therapy based on student needs Educate school staff and family members on strategies to support student progress and communication Enjoy a rewarding career with attractive benefits, including competitive weekly pay, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, and a robust 401(k) retirement plan.
