Provides Speech Language services under the direction of a Speech Language Pathologist; provides direct services to families and children; conducts consultation with other providers. As an

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication disorders. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs and goals. Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to improve communication. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, educators, and other professionals, to ensure educational benefit and progress. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of evaluations, IEPs, progress notes
Qualifications:
Speech Language Pathologist:
Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology State Licensure through Missouri Board of Healing Arts Certificate of Clinical Competence (preferred) Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA): Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field. Missouri state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant. Clinical experience working with communication disorders preferred.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Knowledge of current research and best practices in speech-language pathology. Proficiency in conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
