Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity dedicated to supporting students in the classroom. This contract position offers both onsite and potential virtual options as the assignment nears, allowing you to make a difference while embracing flexibility. With anticipated full-time hours spanning the entire 2026-2027 school year, you'll collaborate with educational teams and develop your expertise within a diverse caseload setting—details to be finalized. Ideal candidates hold their Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology and bring experience working in schools to foster student growth and communication skills. You'll have the chance to utilize innovative therapy approaches in a supportive educational environment, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and help shape positive outcomes for students.
Qualifications:
Current SLP license and CCC credentials required Previous experience working in an educational setting preferred Knowledge of IEP planning and progress documentation Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities Adaptability to work onsite, and possibly virtual as the position approachesResponsibilities:
Conduct speech-language evaluations and create individualized therapy plans Deliver direct intervention for assigned student caseload Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to guide student progress Maintain accurate documentation and IEP compliance Participate in team meetings and contribute to student support strategies You'll enjoy the satisfaction that comes from making a tangible difference in the lives of young learners.
