Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding contract position working onsite with elementary students in a dynamic school setting near Rosamond, California. This role is designed for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists passionate about making a difference in young learners' communication skills. The position offers full-time hours, Monday through Friday, supporting students from Transitional Kindergarten through 5th grade throughout the upcoming school year.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Possession of CCC-SLP certification required Experience providing school-based speech services (elementary preferred) Confidence with a broad range of speech-language needs, including direct therapy, IEP development, and comprehensive assessments Comfort working independently across a full caseload CTC preferred, not required
Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to elementary students onsite Complete thorough assessments, develop goals, and maintain compliance documentation for IEPs Collaborate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families to facilitate student success Monitor and document student progress, providing clear communication to all stakeholders Maintain professional standards in line with current best practices in school-based speech pathology This position offers the unique opportunity to work hands-on with a diverse caseload, develop meaningful connections, and contribute directly to students' academic and social development.
