Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling role providing speech and language support to elementary and middle school students for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time contract position offers you the opportunity to work on-site, collaborating with dedicated educators to empower learners and promote communication success. Ideal candidates are driven to make a positive impact in schools and eager to contribute their clinical expertise in dynamic and supportive environments.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active state licensure, or eligibility to obtain it prior to start date Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through ASHA, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered Experience or educational background working with school-age populations, especially elementary and middle school Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Familiarity with IEP development and documentation preferred
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students, interpreting results for individualized support Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to students' unique needs Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support academic and social-emotional growth Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and progress monitoring Engage students in creative, supportive, and motivating therapy sessions Provide resources and education to staff and families as needed This position places you where you can truly shape students' futures by enhancing their ability to communicate effectively within the school environment.
