Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Exciting opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to make a meaningful impact during the 2026-2027 school year! This contract position is ideal for skilled SLPs eager to support students in grades PreK through 5th. Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure) SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY qualifications accepted Previous experience working in a school setting preferred, but not required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff
Role Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services to students in PreK through 5th grade Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings Deliver both direct and consultative therapy in individual and small group settings Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes in compliance with state and district standards Address a range of speech, language, and communication challenges that impact academic success Contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment
Position Details:
Contract assignment for the 2026-2027 school year Full-time hours: 37.5 hours per week
