Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into an exciting opportunity to make a difference in students' lives as a contract Speech Language Pathologist (CCC) in the Baltimore area. This on-site position begins September 2, 2026, and continues through June 17, 2027, providing meaningful support in the school setting for the duration of the academic year. You will work approximately 37.5 hours each week, collaborating with educators and families to help students build vital communication skills.
What We're Looking For:
Active Maryland Professional Speech Language Pathology license (CCC required) Willingness to complete House Bill 486 district background check, fingerprinting, and employment history review Prepared to present proof of licensure prior to assignment Experience or interest in working in school environments supporting K-12 students Commitment to delivering engaging, student-centered speech and language therapy Adaptability and professionalism; prescreen interviews may be conducted for suitability

Provide speech and language assessments, intervention, and documentation in alignment with school standards Collaborate with teachers and educational staff to support IEP goals and ensure continuity of care Maintain clear, timely communication with families about student progress Serve multiple schools within the district as assigned, managing caseloads and schedules efficiently Participate in school-based meetings and professional development activities Perks of the
