Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity working in a vibrant educational setting supporting students' communication needs. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year, with an option for part-time as well. Work onsite and collaborate with educators and families to make a direct impact on student success.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Active state licensure to practice as an SLP, or eligibility to obtain before the start date Previous experience working in school environments or with pediatric populations preferred Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Provide speech, language, and communication support to students in various grade levels Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans based on IEPs and student needs Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions onsite Work closely with classroom teachers, special educators, and families for comprehensive support Monitor progress and maintain clear, thorough documentation Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students Stay current with best practices and requirements for school-based
