Top instructors are an absolutely critical success factor for a CycleBar® studio. What is a CycleStar instructor? Simply put, a Cyclebar instructor is an instructor with the unique ability to create an exhilarating cycling class experience that makes riders want to return often. When a Cyclebar instructor truly connects with a group of CycleBar riders, the effect is magical. It is much more than a workout; it is a high-energy, intoxicating experience that leaves that rider saying, "Wow." How does a Cyclebar instructor create this experience? There is no single formula, because a great class is created when the instructor's genuine personality and passion are front and center - and great instructors have a variety of styles and personalities. Great CycleBar studios have a variety of Cyclebar instructors employing a number of styles. This is a critical concept for the development of your Cyclebar instructor team. The best mix includes men and women of various ages, with a broad range of musical tastes and styles. The CycleBar formula of deploying a variety of styles is critical to the business for several reasons: First, it lets Cyclebar instructors create classes by genuinely tapping into their own unique personalities. Second, because of this variety, your studio has the best chance of attracting and retaining the broadest range of riders. Your guests, like your instructors, have varying style preferences.
