Spray Foam Insulation Installer / Insulation Specialist

Overview Structo Insulation is seeking a skilled, dependable, and motivated Spray Foam Insulation Installer / Insulation Specialist to join our growing team. This position is responsible for the professional installation of spray foam insulation, fiberglass batt insulation, blown-in insulation, and other related insulation systems for residential, commercial, and new construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on field experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards. This role requires someone who takes pride in their work, maintains professionalism on the jobsite, and can operate independently or as part of a team. This is a field-based position with strong long-term growth opportunities for individuals who demonstrate leadership, accountability, and consistent performance. Responsibilities Install open-cell and closed-cell spray foam insulation in walls, attics, roofs, crawlspaces, and other designated areas Install fiberglass batt insulation, blown-in attic insulation, and other insulation products as required by project scope Prepare job sites for installation, including masking, covering, protecting finished surfaces, and maintaining jobsite cleanliness Operate spray foam rigs, insulation blowing machines, hoses, compressors, and related equipment safely and efficiently Measure and verify proper insulation depth, thickness, and coverage according to project specifications and code requirements Perform material loading, unloading, and equipment preparation before and after each project Maintain spray equipment, tools, hoses, and machinery to ensure proper performance and minimize downtime Follow all company safety standards, PPE requirements, and jobsite safety procedures Communicate effectively with supervisors, project managers, builders, and homeowners when needed Assist with troubleshooting field issues and completing punch-list items as necessary Ensure professional appearance, strong work ethic, and quality workmanship on every project Requirements Previous experience in spray foam insulation, fiberglass insulation, blown insulation, or general construction is strongly preferred Experience operating spray foam rigs and insulation equipment is highly preferred Strong understanding of insulation application methods, jobsite preparation, and safety procedures Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, elevated areas, and physically demanding environments Ability to lift heavy materials and work long hours when required Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred Professional attitude, punctuality, and strong attention to detail required Ability to work independently and as part of a team OSHA awareness and construction safety knowledge is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required Compensation Compensation will be based on experience, skill level, and overall production ability.
