Monthly Inspections, 5-10 Years Inspection, 5-10 Pump Inspection. Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and repair fire sprinkler systems in commercial and residential buildings
• Perform routine maintenance on fire sprinkler systems
• Test systems to ensure they meet safety standards and local codes
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of sprinkler systems
• Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with sprinkler systems
• Collaborate with construction teams to integrate sprinkler systems into new building projects Requirements
• Proficiency in blueprint reading for fire protection systems
• Strong mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair system components
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Experience with tools such as calipers, soldering equipment, and rigging tools
• Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus
• Ability to work in compliance with fire codes and industry standards
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies in the field
