Job location: Hershey, PA Summary
The Chocolate DCS team is responsible for driving brand strategy, marketing & product innovation, and whitespace
growth across Hershey's chocolate portfolio and adjacent categories for brands including Reese's, Hershey's Kit Kat,
PayDay, Cadbury, and Brookside amongst many others. The Chocolate DCS Sr.
ABM/ABM - Kit Kat & Variety will be responsible for developing holistic and strategic consumer-grounded growth initiatives in support of the Kit Kat and Variety brand portfolio. They will lead strategy formation and project execution to address trends, unmet consumer needs, and whitespace opportunities to achieve Hershey's growth ambitions. This includes developing new product and non-product initiatives from discovery and ideation through commercialization. Responsibilities Leverage knowledge of ongoing trends in chocolate and broader snacking categories to identify whitespace opportunities and translate insights into actionable innovation strategies Identify, analyze, structure, develop, and present recommendations to leaders Work cross-functionally and collaboratively to execute projects, coordinating and leading activities with virtually every function in the company Lead and direct activities with third party suppliers and partners, inclusive of agencies and research vendors Qualifications Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and planning skills. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to drive innovation. Solid business knowledge and general management approach. Excellent analytical and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deliver on timelines. Proficient communicator (verbal and written) across diverse audiences, including senior leadership. Functional marketing expertise with experience in syndicated data (e.g., Circana, Numerator) preferred. Demonstrated accountability for business results and economic value creation.
