Job Title:
Staff Accountant (AR/AP Focus) We're seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations across accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger functions. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working cross-functionally.
Key Responsibilities:
customer payments and maintain accurate receivable balances Set up new customer accounts and manage credit limits Process discounts and ensure timely collections activity Process and code invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals Match invoices to receipts and resolve discrepancies Prepare payments (checks and electronic) and maintain vendor records Managepany credit card transactions and reconciliations Post journal entries and support general ledger activity Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end close Contribute to financial reporting and audit support Monitor cash balances and initiate transfers as needed Support cash flow management and monthly interest accruals Perform bank and cash reconciliations Assist with tax documentation andpliance Partner with internal teams on audits and process improvements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 2+ years of accounting experience (AR/AP + GL exposure preferred) Experience with accounting systems/ERP preferred
Pay Details:
