Job Description:

You will leverage your manufacturing engineering experience and skills to lead the investigation and solution of challenging supply chain problems. You will use your leadership abilities to contribute to the evaluation of the process to meet product specifications. As a Sr. Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will use your technical and behavioural competencies in order to deliver high impact business results.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabrication and Assembly Processes Capital Acquisition Automation, Digital Factory Able to identify, plan and execute strategic projects Interpret and Apply Product Specifications Review quality output and coach team improvements Collaborate with customers Project Planning and Execution Oversight Resource management in dynamic environment Organic growth with productivity projects / factory optimization Root cause problem solving and solution implementation Basic Qualifications (Required Skills): 5 years of Industrial/Advanced/Manufacturing Engineering. Lean manufacturing, process mapping, value stream mapping, green belt or higher.

Preferred Skills:

Advanced knowledge of the field's standards and specifications. Ability to focus on important information and identify key details. Capability of following guidelines and ensuring efficiency on tasks. Application of basic engineering techniques to optimize manufacturing processes. Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision. Willingness to consistently take the initiative to get things done. Significant relevant manufacturing engineering experience.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
