Sr Carpenter

Allman Remodeling Contractors - South Jersey Allman Remodeling Contractors is looking for an experienced Senior Carpenter / Remodel Technician to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality residential remodeling projects including kitchens, bathrooms, decks, trim, drywall, tile, framing, and general renovations. We are looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, works professionally with customers, and can work independently or lead portions of a project when needed.

Remodeling Projects include:

Kitchens, bathrooms, and interior renovations Decks and exterior structures Painting, drywall, and trim Responsibilities Perform residential remodeling and carpentry work Framing, trim carpentry, drywall, flooring, tile, cabinetry, and finish work Read plans and layouts when required Maintain clean and organized job sites Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members Help train or guide junior crew members when necessary Ensure projects are completed properly and efficiently Qualifications 5+ years of carpentry/remodeling experience preferred Strong knowledge of residential construction practices Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience with power tools and jobsite equipment Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Must be dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Preferred Skills Bathroom and kitchen remodeling experience Tile installation Drywall finishing Deck construction Painting and trim work Basic plumbing or electrical knowledge is a plus

Pay:

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
