Within the Physician's Clinics—integrated medical group practices and multi-specialty ambulatory centers—the Senior Director Medical Group will lead an expanding ambulatory enterprise spanning 20+ clinics anchored by a seasoned support system of Directors; this role will standardize operations and access, optimize the EHR, expand same-day and virtual offerings, enhance throughput and referral alignment, strengthen population health and value-based performance, and elevate service lines across primary care, specialty, and procedural clinics to deliver reliable, data-driven outcomes for patients and providers alike.

The Sr. Director Physicians Medical Group will report to a senior ambulatory executive (such as the Vice President of Ambulatory Services or Chief Operating Officer) and partner closely with the Chief Medical Officer, Finance, Quality, and IT leaders while leading a talented cadre of Regional Directors, practice administrators, and clinic managers; responsibilities span strategy, operations, access, revenue cycle, budget stewardship, quality and patient experience, workforce planning, physician engagement, regulatory readiness, growth, and market development, all supported by friendly nurses and a diverse team of healthcare professionals—APPs, pharmacists, therapists, case management, social work, and care coordinators—who bring compassion, cultural humility, and excellence to every encounter.
