- In collaboration with the business development team, identify target customers and market verticals, the key problems the products are designed to solve and the key attributes of the products
- Experienced technical leader with a passion for bringing disruptive technologies to market with strong design wins.
- Demonstrated success in development, application engineering, product management, and marketing roles in organizations ranging from a pre-revenue start-up to one of the world's largest technology companies.
- Proven track record building and leading global teams, engaging with customers at all levels to secure design wins, and managing complex design-in engagements with tier-one customers.
- Expert at how to measure and manage product commercialization at all phases of development.
- Lead prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, timeline and cost
- Plan competitive analysis activities and provide an up to date and quantitative view of Robotics products competitiveness in the marketplace
- Remain up to date on technology advancements in the Retail payment services
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of Program Management or related work experience. Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field of study.
- Twenty (20) years of total experience including 15 or more years of combined engineering development and project management experience in SW development and commercialization
- Experience in Security solutions: device security, SOC platform security, transport security, application security, cryptography etc.,
- Experience in local and peer-to-peer connectivity technologies (BLE, WiFi etc.,)
- Experience in Android OS applications services and security framework
- Experience in FuSA (Functional Safety) and Cybersecurity
- Experience writing clear and concise product requirements documents
- Results and deadline driven
- Motivated self-starter and detail oriented
- Experience in development and product planning cloud platform and services would be a plus
