Job Description

Honeywell UOP is actively recruiting for a Senior Director, UOP Aftermarket Services business. We are creating, innovating, and delivering solutions fast, challenging the way things have always been done, piloting new ways for all of us to work, and expecting our successes to set new standards for our customers and for Honeywell. We are looking for a visionary, innovative thinker who will execute the strategic plan, develop innovative solutions, and drive the growth of our UOP Aftermarket Services solutions portfolio. We are looking for a strong leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, who is customer obsessed and will provide leadership to a cross functional team of direct and matrix reporting employees. In this position, the Senior Director will be responsible for executing the business strategy with full P/L responsibility. This role will explore market opportunities, drive a paradigm shift in UOP Aftermarket Services Offerings, manage internal processes, and form strategic relationships with key customers ranging from multinational companies to regional companies. This position requires an ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders across Honeywell and the Oil & Gas Industry. In this high impact role, you will work autonomously as a senior member of our leadership team to achieve organizational objectives. You will assist in the development of medium to long term planning: Annual Operation Plan (AOP) or Strategic Planning (STRAP).
YOU MUST HAVE
​ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in sustainability, engineering or related field. 10+ years of experience in global Engineering, Services and/or Operations and P&L management roles. Experience managing complex transformation initiatives. Ability to connect the dots and handle project plans, timelines and risks effectively to enhance organizational value. Proven track record of customer engagement at senior levels; building long-term strategic and executive relationships. Strong customer focus and commitment to value creation. Understand what creates value for customers. Develop a customer centric organization that has a deep understanding of customers' needs. Deep technical knowledge of service offerings and alternative business models, combined with commercial skills to develop new programs and services that have a positive impact on the bottom line.

Key Responsibilities ​ Lead the development and execution of the Aftermarket Services solutions portfolio. Own the segment P/L, provide oversight to ensure high level of customer satisfaction in meeting their services needs by ensuring flawless execution to customers. Lead the transformation of UOP Aftermarket Services from advisory services into a portfolio of services offerings that optimize our customers' reliability while driving top line growth for UOP Aftermarket Services. Drive project management discipline to grow margins and overall profitability of the segment. Execute the Strategic Plan and business roadmap, services portfolio optimization, and competitive landscape. Support Identifying and developing paths to alternative service revenue streams. Manage and hold team accountable for execution of services orders and identifying growth opportunities. Support contract negotiations and closing deals. Represent HON at industry events and associations, conduct customer events and training workshops. Acts as an advisor/consultant to understand customers' unmet needs. Support the launch of new services offerings, innovative solutions and products with customer segmentation and strategic pricing to up-selling customer base. Proactively manage and partner with internal and external C-suite stakeholders to drive business outcomes. Attract and develop a top talent pool that drives the growth of this business. Partner with HR to build the talent roadmap, develop the organizational structure and create capability. Responsible for motivating others; providing strategic vision for growth in services while driving self and others for positive business results for Honeywell and the customer.
