Job Description

Senior Financial Analyst Location:
Rancho Cucamonga, CA (Fully Onsite)
Salary:
$80,000 – $90,000 Responsibilities Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and operational performance metrics. Support product costing, variance analysis, inventory reporting, and manufacturing cost analysis. Partner closely with plant operations and leadership teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial performance. Develop reporting tools, financial models, and dashboards using ERP systems and advanced Excel capabilities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required. 2–5 years of financial analysis experience within a manufacturing environment. Experience with cost accounting, inventory analysis, financial reporting, and variance analysis required. Strong analytical, communication, ERP system, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills with a detail-oriented mindset. #
