Job Description

We are a global leader in electronics lifecycle services, specializing in repair, refurbishment, and sustainable asset management for high-tech industries including telecom, medtech, and consumer electronics. With recent strategic acquisitions, we are expanding our footprint in the circular economy, shifting toward broader technology repair, resale, and IT asset disposition (ITAD) operations. Our U.S. team is relocating to a modern office in the Dallas area later this year, creating an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to help build and scale a new high-growth segment.
Location:
Primarily U.S.-based, with a strong preference for the Dallas/Plano, Texas area (hybrid or in-office presence ideal; fully remote considered for exceptional candidates willing to travel occasionally).
The Job:
We are seeking a strategic Senior FP&A Manager to support our newly established ITAD segment (IT Asset Disposition). This hybrid role blends traditional financial planning and analysis with hands-on commercial support for a fast-evolving business line focused on sourcing, repairing, and reselling technology assets at scale. You will partner closely with executive leaders in Texas and California to drive profitability, optimize operations, and accelerate growth in a dynamic, acquisition-integrated environment. This is a high-visibility position where your insights will directly influence pricing, margins, contracts, and strategic decisions in a new department with significant upside potential.

Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth financial analysis, performance reporting, and margin improvement initiatives across revenue streams, costs, and working capital (including AR/AP and inventory optimization).Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management while building business cases, pricing strategies, and commercial models to support growth and profitability targets.

Prepare executive-level presentations, Board materials, and performance narratives; present insights and recommendations to non-finance stakeholders.

Collaborate daily with operations and sales teams on commercial metrics, cost control, and process enhancements in the ITAD space (sourcing broken tech, repair/refurbishment, and resale).Support finance transformation efforts, monitor key performance indicators, and drive continuous improvement in a global, cross-time-zone setting.

Engage in ad-hoc projects such as contract reviews, capital expenditure planning, and expansion-related analysis (including potential international opportunities).Required Skills and Qualifications5+ years of progressive FP&A or financial leadership experience, ideally in a manufacturing, repair/refurbishment, or high-growth commercial environment.

Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and influence cross-functional teams.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP is a plus.

Qualified accountant preferred (CPA, CMA, or equivalent); manufacturing background strongly advantageous.

Excellent communication and executive presence, with comfort presenting to C-suite leaders and working independently as a self-starter.

Spanish language skills are a plus for supporting Mexico expansion; flexibility to work across global time zones required.

ITAD or electronics lifecycle experience is beneficial but not mandatory-we prioritize strong FP&A fundamentals.
