POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Senior Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, utility and facility functions in a high-speed multi-site beverage manufacturing organization. The incumbent is responsible for strategic planning, team management, and ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of facilities and equipment, with much focus on promoting teamwork and collaboration between maintenance, production, and quality departments. Responsibilities include developing maintenance strategies, managing budgets, overseeing repairs and preventative maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations.

The position is based at DrinkPAK's Headquarters in Santa Clarita, California.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure timely and efficient maintenance of processing equipment, packaging equipment, utility systems, and site facilities to maximize equipment uptime and overall throughput. Drive accountability across the maintenance team, overseeing the activities of various skilled personnel, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and inspecting repairs Cultivate and sustain productive relationships to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and cost goals Champion and endorse initiatives related to food safety and quality programs within the plant premises Lead, synchronize, and facilitate daily operations of your team to ensure maintenance functions align with customer expectations, all accomplished in a secure, timely, and cost-effective manner Build an overarching maintenance process including spare parts inventory management, time-based maintenance activities, work order and backlog management system, and cost compliance. Utilize predictive maintenance and analytics to drive equipment uptime. Drive output improvements and cost savings initiatives across the site by working along side our engineering teams to implement plant-level capital improvement projects and upgrades. Provide responsive and proactive maintenance support across all departments, employing established work management processes Present technical insights, alternatives, and solutions to enhance productivity and operational efficiencies. Formulate, monitor, and manage the departmental budget and maintenance expenditures. Assume responsibility for the professional and technical growth of the maintenance staff while achieving maintenance performance metrics Collaborate effectively with plant functional managers to foster a positive employee relations environment Oversee and guide our site automation team leading capability efforts driven through programming initiatives and improvements. Provide guidance to the management team on labor matters, encompassing safety, security, employee relations, scheduling, and training initiatives. Oversee the sites annual overhaul planning and scheduling along side our third party vendors. Manage and oversee all third party contractors and vendors working on sight, ensuring timely and efficient results while ensuring safety and quality of work. Work hand in hand with production teams ensuring line performance and correct resources are in place to drive productivity. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience At least 8-10 years of progressive experience in a formal maintenance director or supervisory role within the food and beverage manufacturing industry Demonstrated leadership acumen, fostering collaboration within teams Exceptional organizational prowess, adept at multitasking, and keen attention to detail Proficient communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal Advanced computer proficiency (e.g., MS Office, Maximo, SAP, etc.) Ability to provide adept leadership and support across all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, within a 24/7 operational setting Thorough understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles Proficiency in working with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Strong background in staff development and mentorship Skilled in root cause analysis and proficient problem-solving capabilities Proven experience in optimizing preventive maintenance processes Accomplished in inventory management and reduction strategies Proficiency in devising strategic visions for the Maintenance department Exceptional interpersonal and communication aptitude A comprehensive comprehension of manufacturing operations Demonstrated ability to exercise influence, provide effective leadership, collaborate within teams, and work independently Proficient at engaging and interacting with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

BASE SALARY COMPENSATION RANGE
$155k - $175K
