Sr. Maintenance Planner Scheduler

We are hiring a Sr. Maintenance Planner Scheduler for our frozen desserts facility in Stilwell, OK . In this role you will be responsible for planning and scheduling all modification to existing equipment and facilities and preventive maintenance in assigned areas.

What You Will Do:

Manage and optimize maintenance scheduling across all shifts, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. Analyze equipment downtime, PM effectiveness, and parts failure trends using SAP, Pareto charts, and other analytical tools to improve reliability and efficiency. Maintain accurate maintenance systems and asset data, including PM programs, BOMs, scheduling updates, SAP security, and obsolete item removal. Coordinate work orders, shutdown planning, parts availability, and maintenance resources to ensure timely execution and minimal production disruption. Lead maintenance operations support through employee training, problem solving, cost tracking, reporting, policy administration, and continuous process improvement.

What You Will Bring:

2-year degree in specialized trade or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of related experience, ideally in manufacturing (food, CPG or other products) Good skills in written and verbal communication, organization, technical reading, basic math, and computers. Mechanical aptitude to efficiently assign work and audit for effectiveness. Candidate should possess intermediate, mechanical, electrical and automation skills and good analytical skills.

What We Offer:

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $125,000 annually with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to educations, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
