Position Summary The Marketing Generalist supports a wide range of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales support. This role is responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing CRM tools and reporting, coordinating public relations efforts, supporting advertising initiatives, and contributing to market research and competitive analysis. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, data-driven, and experienced in leveraging AI tools and modern marketing technologies to improve efficiency and business results. General Duties Lead annual budget for third-party media buying and work with President to get final budget approval for rolloutPoint of contact for all third-party media and PRLead integrated marketing campaigns across email, advertising, and customer communication channelsDevelop advanced CRM workflows, customer segmentation strategies, and campaign reporting dashboardsEvaluate marketing campaign effectiveness and recommend process improvements based on performance data and market trendsCoordinate dealer and customer research programs, including management of third-party research partnersAnalyze customer behavior, lead activity, and market trends to identify growth opportunitiesOptimize lead generation, nurture campaigns, and customer engagement initiativesEvaluate marketing technologies, automation tools, and AI-supported solutions to improve operational efficiencyDevelop recommendations for improving customer communications, advertising effectiveness, and campaign performanceSupport SEO and digital engagement initiatives through content optimization and analytics monitoringStandardize reporting processes, campaign tracking methods, and marketing best practicesContribute to annual marketing planning and strategic initiative developmentAll other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred5+ years of progressive marketing experienceExperience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms preferredExperience with email marketing, social media, and digital marketing platformsAdobe Creative Suite and Google Analytics experience preferredStrong written communication, analytical, and project coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple projects, priorities, and tight deadlines independentlyExperience using and implementing AI toolsBasic experience with WordPress preferred

Working Conditions Manufacturing Environment:

Standing, walking, sitting at workstation for extended periods of timePerforming tasks with computer for extended periods of timeWearing appropriate PPE and following safety proceduresVarying temperatures, depending upon season and machining

Working Time:

Position may require additional night or weekend work as required to complete job duties and assignmentsBe available for on-call duty when necessary and assigned by Manager. This may include holidays and weekends.

Required to work during shutdown hours, holidays, and weekends to complete special projects

Travel:
