Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and support of HR and Payroll solutions. The role requires a blend of strong functional expertise and technical capabilities, along with experience in building AI-driven HR solutions using Oracle AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules. Design and configure solutions across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Absence Management. Develop and manage reports using BI Publisher and OTBI. Build and maintain HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and data integrations. Utilize HDL (HCM Data Loader) and PBL (Payroll Batch Loader) for data migration and processing. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional solutions.
Participate in all project phases:
Fit/Gap analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, and support. Design and deploy AI-driven HR solutions using Oracle AI Agents Studio. Integrate AI agents with Oracle Fusion HCM using REST APIs, OIC, and secure frameworks. Ensure compliance with HR data privacy and security standards. Monitor system performance and continuously improve solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in Oracle HCM techno-functional roles. Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll and Benefits. Hands-on experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas. Working knowledge of HDL and PBL. Strong understanding of HR and Payroll business processes. Experience in at least two full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
AI & Advanced Capabilities:
Experience building HR-focused AI agents using Oracle AI Agents Studio. Knowledge of conversational AI design, prompt engineering, and guardrails. Integration experience with REST APIs, OIC, and enterprise data sources. Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, and knowledge integration. Experience in monitoring AI performance and improving accuracy and reliability. Strong understanding of HR data privacy (PII, compliance, access control).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Core HR, Time & Labor, and Absence Management modules. Oracle HCM Cloud certifications (Payroll, Benefits, Core HR). Knowledge of US payroll and benefits regulations. Experience with Oracle Digital Assistant and OCI AI services. Familiarity with Oracle Redwood UX and collaboration tools (MS Teams, Slack). Understanding of AI evaluation techniques and monitoring.
