The Advertising, IMDb, and Grand Challenge PXT Centers of Excellence organization seeks a Sr. Program Manager, Leadership Development Programs, to deliver impactful solutions that support the development of our world-class leaders. Key job responsibilities Define the needs of the business in partnership with HRBPs, business leaders, and peer leadership development leaders Creatively design and deliver leadership development programs for several core Amazon businesses Evaluate current programs for effectiveness and relevancy and develop a roadmap for iteration, deprecation and/or creation of future programs. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Instructional Systems Design, Adult Learning, Learning & Development, HR or a related discipline Experience influencing senior leaders/stakeholders Experience using business metrics and training data to track, trend, and manage the impact of training efforts 5+ years of program or project management experience Experience with adult learning instructional design methods and best practices

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
