Senior Project Manager

  • Lead projects start-to-finish, with full ownership of planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
  • Work directly with company leadership, clients, and field teams—your voice is heard here
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers with a focus on quality, safety, and strong relationships
  • Oversee procurement and negotiate costs with flexibility and autonomy
  • Proactively solve problems, manage change orders, and keep projects moving forward
  • Ensure compliance with all codes, regulations, and safety standards What We're Looking For
  • 8+ years of experience managing commercial or infrastructure construction projects
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a hands-on, fast-moving environment
  • Strong construction software, budgeting, and scheduling skills
  • A leader who enjoys mentoring teams and setting the tone on job sites
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred but not required
