Role:

Textron Systems is seeking an experienced PWB/PWA/Flex Design Engineer to join our team developing and improving product designs to support advanced emerging programs. This individual will work as part of a multidisciplined design team developing electronic systems for Space Applications.

Responsibilities:

The individual will be responsible for developing new PWB/PWA/Flex designs and the transition of those designs into military qualified hardware. The individual should be proficient in specifying the appropriate PWB/PWA/Flex construction based on requirements and environments. The individual should be knowledgeable in IPC standards, supplier PWB/PWA/Flex fabrication techniques and controlled impedance path layouts. Qualifications

Qualifications:

10 years of experience in PWB/PWA/Flex layout Experience in the layout of High density printed circuit boards. Experienced with Schematic modification and netlisting designs into layout Controlled impedance implementation, RF Circuits, and guard track layout experience Allegro PWB designer experience Create and maintain component libraries Experienced in footprint generation. Active security clearance is preferred, eligibility for clearance is required.

Education Requirements:

The pay range should be used as a general guide only. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as spanet and business considerations. In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $72,600

• $108,800 per year.
