The Work Our Radar Systems Engineering team is seeking a candidate to support architecture, design, Concept of Operations, requirements development, analysis, and implementation of high performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems. In your role as a Sensor Systems Architect, you will:

• Perform concept of operations design, radar behavior definition, and associated requirements development to drive radar capability implementation across radar subsystems.
• Successfully collaborate with subsystem teams to define clear, executable, and testable approaches for meeting mission success criteria
• Conduct trade studies and analyze the radar system level performance impacts to support and evaluate design decisions
• Develop and present detailed design documentation
• Represent the organization on contracts and interface with internal and external customers, program and senior leadership, and multi-disciplinary teams on significant technical matters.
• Apply strong analytical and communication skills in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or equivalent degree combined with 5 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of related experience
• Functional knowledge of radar systems and subsystems
• Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: system analysis, architecture, requirements development, trade studies, modeling and simulation, or integration and test.
• High proficiency in C++ or Matlab or Python
• U.

S. Citizen with ability to obtain a DoD Secret level clearance
