  • Full-time Boutique fragrance house based in Somerset, NJ seeks an experienced Sr.
Sales Account Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years established experience in the fragrance sales or related. Purpose Manage the operational execution for existing accounts in coordination with Account Managers and Operations to ensure customer needs are fully satisfied. Responsibilities Assist CSO in all Sales administrative activities. Serve as Administrator and Facilitator of the Lead Development program at CE. Follow up and vet all leads that come through the general CE mailbox or as requested by the Chief Sales Officer. Analyse/Manage all House accounts for further potential sales development. Serve as back-up to the Sales Team. Serve as facilitator and expeditor on all customer requests. These requests may come directly from customers, the Sales team, or other CE departments. Manage customer portal access including granting authority to new users and granting information access to fragrances. Serve as subject matter expert for the Sales team and customers relative to CE Suite functionality. Organize all trade shows. Coordinate with the Sales team the administration of classification codes on a quarterly basis Requirements/Technical Skills Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales operations effectively. Excellent, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
