Full Time Duties:
Develop and implement supply chain strategies through sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management as part of the Lower 48 Completions Supply Chain team. Liaise with Lower 48 Completions Engineering and Operation teams to develop and implement robust supply chain strategies that address key commercial and technical needs of the business. Plan, execute, control and monitor supply chain activities with the objective of creating new value. Develop category strategies based on knowledge of category specific market conditions. Lead all Request for Proposal (RFP) processes in adherence to the Supply Chain Standard to deliver value-driven commercial solutions. Negotiate and maintain contractual terms and conditions using Master Service Agreements, Compensation Agreements, Service Orders, Purchase Orders, and other contractual documents for the purchase of materials and services. Provide a strong mix of strategic thinking and tactical support through supplier performance management. Develop,maintain, and implement Supplier Performance Management Plans for key suppliers. Maintain collaboration with other Completion Supply Chain counterpart(s) to ensure sourcing/contracting strategy alignment and consistency. Ensure all activities are conducted as per ConocoPhillips Supply Chain Standards. Collaborate with Health, Safety, & Environmental (HSE) to ensure suppliers adhere to ConocoPhillips HSE Standards. Maintain an attitude of diversity and inclusion to ensure that all perspectives are considered in the execution of supply chain work. Travel required up to 25% of the time.Requirements:
Employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Supply Chain Coordinator-related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Sr Supply Chain Coordinator-related occupation. Position also requires experience in the following: 1. Experience in category management, specifically managing stimulation services,proppant, last milelogistics, and frac chemicals contracts. 2. Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and manage contracts for cost-effective procurement. 3. Conducting market analysis to develop category strategies aligned with business objectives; and analyzing market trends, supplier performance, and cost structures. 4. Drafting, negotiating, and managing various contractual documents such as Master Service Agreements, Compensation Agreements, and Purchase Orders utilizingGEP SMART
sourcing and contracting software. 5. Creating and executing sourcing events utilizingGEP SMART
sourcing and contracting software. 6. Developing and implementing robust supply chain strategies for drilling and completions categories that ensure alignment and consistency in sourcing and contracting strategies across different departments. 7. Identifying and addressing potential risks and opportunities within the supply chain to create new value for the business. 8.
