Job Description We're looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager / Scrum Master to support high-impact video playback platforms across Apple and Android environments.

This is a highly cross-functional, technically engaged role where you will sit at the center of engineering, product, and operations—helping drive delivery, troubleshoot playback issues, and ensure a seamless end-user video experience. You will lead two agile teams focused on playback functionality and work closely with frontend, ad services, and backend platform teams to ensure high-quality releases.

Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate two Agile scrum teams, driving sprint execution and delivery Serve as the technical bridge between engineering, product, and business stakeholders Drive cross-team communication and ensure alignment on deliverables, risks, and timelines Identify and remove roadblocks impacting team velocity and delivery Coordinate with UI/UX, Ad Services, and backend teams to troubleshoot playback issues and identify root causes Manage priorities, dependencies, and release planning across multiple teams Partner with leadership to balance competing priorities and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products

Required Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills 5+ years as a Scrum Master / Technical Program Manager in Agile environments Experience delivering complex, software-based platforms from inception to release Strong ability to manage multiple teams, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously Proven ability to remove impediments, manage risk, and drive execution Experience collaborating with technical and business teams at all levels Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices Technical & Tools JIRA, Confluence (Atlassian suite) Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Slack, Zoom, GMeet Experience with roadmaps, dashboards, release planning, and tracking tools Nice to Have Video playback or video operations experience Streaming platforms / OTT experience Exposure to ad tech / ad stitching ecosystems Experience supporting mobile platforms (iOS/Android) If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
