HOURS:

6:45am to 5:15pm, rotating Mon-Thurs & Mon-Fri

To join the team of our client as a Stacker Operator, you will collate and glue plies for laminated columns and beams per the production sheet. You must have a technical understanding of the equipment and theory of operation. This role is instrumental in meeting the daily production and quality goals. Here is some of what you will get to do: Perform calibration testing on machines Verify proper stamp is applied on every charge Maintain production records Monitor even planing on plies Adjust machine components according to specifications Monitor machine operations Verify the flying saw is set properly Responsible for end-of-shift cleanup And so much more! #EauClaire1

Requirements:

High School or GED Diploma Knowledge of lumber grading Ability to enter data into a PLC screen Proficient experience using forklifts Experience using a tape measure, infrared thermometer, and caliper Read and comprehend the daily production sheets The ability to multi-task and work under pressure Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds Knowledge of basic math skills
