What You'll Do Own core general ledger activities, including journal entries and account maintenance Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations with a high level of accuracy Support the month-end close process and assist with financial reporting Work closely with leadership to support ongoing financial operations and initiatives Maintain clean, organized financial records and documentation Contribute to process improvements and special projects as the organization continues to grow What We're Looking For 2+ years of accounting experience Strong foundation in GL accounting, debits/credits, and reconciliations Exposure to month-end close Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Experience with ERP systems (Sage Intacct is a plus) Someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow
