Staff Accountant

Schedule:

Full-Time | Monday

• Friday | Flexible Hours (Target Schedule 8:00am
• 5:00pm)

Pay:

$38.00

• $41.

00/hour depending on experience

Location:

Laconia, NH

Work Environment:

100% Onsite

Job Duties:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Assist with daily accounting operations and financial record keeping
• Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate financial documentation
• Support month end reporting and general accounting functions
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial processing
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy with financial information

Requirements:

• Previous accounting experience required
• Experience with both A/P and A/R required
• Entry to mid level accounting background preferred
• Strong attention to detail andanizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Pay Details:
