Prepare and record journal entries impacting balance sheet and income statement accounts
Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
Maintain fixed asset records and oversee monthly depreciation schedules
Prepare and submit business-related tax filings including personal property, business privilege, and sales & use tax returns
Complete balance sheet reconciliations for accounts such as prepaids, accruals, and other key financial areas
Analyze financial statement variances and identify key drivers impacting results
Assist with forecasting activities and track actual results against budget and operational plans
Manage P&L reporting for designated regions or business units and provide variance explanations to leadership
Support internal and external audit activities by preparing documentation and responding to audit requests
