This position is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and contributing to core financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and other financial records Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed Prepare financial reports and assist with variance analysis Help ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting procedures Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation Analyze financial data and help resolve discrepancies Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 1+ years of accounting experience Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and account reconciliations Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
