Job Description:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and versatile accounting professional to support day-to-day financial operations and contribute to key organizational initiatives. Prepare and submit state tax filings, coordinating closely with external accounting partners on related projects Review and approve employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance Conduct credit checks for prospective customers to support risk evaluation Support month-end close activities, including bank reconciliations and assisting with budgeting and financial analysis Complete required regulatory reporting for the company's fleet operations Oversee weekly accounts payable disbursements in collaboration with the AP team Cross-train to provide coverage across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Materials Receiving functions Partner with the Controller and CFO on ad hoc initiatives and special projects

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a manufacturing environment required Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline Solid understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles Proficiency in accounting systems and tools such as Microsoft Office and ERP platforms (e.g., Datacor) At least 3 years of relevant experience, including exposure to both accounts receivable and accounts payable
