- Full-time What to Expect Tesla is seeking a Staff Manufacturing Engineer to select and develop new Diffusion Furnace equipment and processes for energy products at massive scale.
You will help deploy 100GW of solar manufacturing from raw materials on American soil before the end of 2028. You will drive technical decisions for the next generation of manufacturing equipment and factory design for energy products at Tesla. This role is core to Tesla's mission of accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy. Tesla is a demanding and fast-paced environment where you will work with a highly motivated team on extremely challenging projects.
