Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract To Hire A specialty pharmacy seeks a dedicated pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care with a focus on patients managing complex conditions such as hemophilia, immune deficiencies, and autoimmune disorders. Location:

Memphis, TN Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00

PM Key Responsibilities:

Deliver clinical patient management for infused drug therapies, including factor replacement and novel agents like emicizumab. Educate patients and families on medication administration, side effect management, adherence, and safe home handling. Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators to ensure coordinated care. Assist with navigating insurance plans, prior authorizations, and financial assistance programs alongside reimbursement specialists.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current Tennessee Pharmacist License (required). Experience with CareTend software is highly preferred; training available. Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed. Strong work ethic and motivation to grow within the organization.

Very low prescription volume, allowing focus on quality patient care.
