Compounding Pharmacist A&O Compounding Pharmacy Our pharmacy is expanding, and we're looking for a skilled Compounding Pharmacist who's passionate about personalized medicine and exceptional patient care. • Prepare high‑quality compounded medications (sterile and/ non‑sterile )
• Ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with USP standards
• Collaborate with prescribers to develop individualized therapies
• Oversee compounding technicians and maintain workflow efficiency
• Maintain meticulous documentation and quality control
• Provide patient counseling What We're Looking For
• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing
• Prior compounding experience preferred (we're open to training the right candidate)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
